Want to gain experience in advertising quickly? The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with many teams to add value for our clients and keep internal processes running efficiently. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will receive training from every area in the agency (Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Content, and Accounting). This position reports to the Digital Director, and will also support the COO as needed - both are located in the New Orleans office.

Qualifications:

  • An eagerness for continuous learning
  • Attention to detail (must be very detail-oriented)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eagerness to generate ideas and work in a team environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Email)
  • Organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ownership of tasks and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Site Impact, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta is a plus!
  • 1 year of experience at an advertising agency is preferred but not required

Responsibilities include:

  • Attend product overview meetings with digital media vendors
  • Assist with the creation of presentations
  • Create and distribute monthly Digital billing reports
  • Take and distribute notes as needed
  • Digital marketing campaign audits and checks
  • Assist with creation and scheduling of client emails
  • Competitor and industry research
  • Social media and website assistance
